Whole Lotta Lip

So here's my delima...  I love the look of a "bee stung" lip but I am sooo over lipgloss right now...  I've been super into a matte lip as of late.  This brought me to the question, are there any matte lip sticks with lip plumping properties?  Thus began a little google sesh that led me to these products...

DuWop Prime Venom

and Lorac Lotsa Lip Plumping Lipstick

The lipsticks don't appear to be matte, so my highest hopes are pinned on the DuWop primer.  Besides, DuWop was one of the first companies making consumer products for lip plumping.  Has anyone tried any of these?  I'm dying to know if they work!
